Calcium treatment shows promise
Treatment for frozen shoulder combined with calcific tendinitis of the supraspinatus.
Combining treatments complicates assessment
We explored the effects of calcium deposition in the rotator cuff tendons on frozen shoulder, particularly in cases where calcific tendinitis was present. The study involved 32 patients who underwent a specialized procedure combining arthroscopic brisement of the shoulder joint with multiple punctures at the calcific site. This innovative approach aimed to alleviate the pain and restore mobility linked to frozen shoulder.

After following up with the patients for two years, we observed that 30 out of 32 patients reported satisfactory outcomes. While five individuals still showed some postoperative calcium deposits, many experienced significant improvements in their range of motion and relief from pain. This suggests that combining treatment methods can enhance recovery, although we recognize that the isolated effect of calcium treatment alone remains unclear.

Overall, this study contributes valuable insight into managing frozen shoulder, especially when associated with calcific tendinitis, even if it doesn't fully isolate the impact of calcium treatment.

Significant recovery observed
Last winter, my sister fell on an ice rink, sustaining a severe knee contusion and a dislocated shoulder joint. We combined this dietary supplement with D3, bromelain, and turmeric with boswellia. Initially, for two months, there were no results. However, once she began taking this supplement, the doctor noted a remarkable improvement after three weeks, as confirmed by a follow-up. While the entire supplement set contributed, this one also played a role, hence the “5 stars”.

Less stiffness experienced
Stiff shoulder improvement! When I frequently suffered from stiff shoulders, I heard that magnesium helps, so I started taking it. I feel less stiffness than before. There are individual differences, but magnesium seemed beneficial for my frozen shoulder. Unlike medicine, it isn't immediate, so please continue taking it for about 1 to 2 months for effectiveness.

Improved sleep achievable
I always take magnesium, but I now feel it’s time to switch it up! I believe it’s similar to the chelated form. My frozen shoulder has improved, allowing me to sleep better.
